We pay $50 cash for any videos we use via Paypal Transfer and guarantee to pay the day the video goes live on our site.

The video can be any length, ideally more than 60 seconds, but must be original, owned by you and filmed in be HD Quality. Footage from a camera phone is often good enough. If in doubt send it anyway via WeTransfer.

The Small Print

By submitting a video to the website mini-schnauzer.com, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, you hereby agrees and acknowledge that:

1. Artist expressly, irrevocably and exclusively assigns to Johnny Lyle Ltd., with full title guarantee (and to the extent that the same has yet to be made) by way of present assignment of future copyright, all copyright, intellectual property and related rights (“Rights”) in all works and subject matter created in connection with Artist’s engagement by Johnny Lyle Ltd. in relation to all work for the project: Mini-Schnauzer.com (the Works) throughout the world, for the full period of such copyright and all other such rights which are capable of subsisting and including all renewals, reversions, extensions and revivals. For the avoidance of doubt Rights shall include, without limitation, the right not to exploit, the right of reproduction, distribution and communication to the public by means of sale, lease, loan or in any other manner, for public or private use, and the use of the Works in whole or in part, in all media, technologies and forms tangible or intangible, now known or hereafter devised/utilised whether such media technologies and/or forms are in current use or exists only in research or prototype stages or may be developed in the future no matter what the mode of delivery or type, all forms of videos and audio exploitation, all forms of consumer products and merchandising, computer products and uses commercial and non-commercial uses, promotion and advertisements;

2. Johnny Lyle Ltd., it’s successors and assigns shall retain world-wide, in perpetuity, all ownership rights to the Works and any part thereof which Johnny Lyle Ltd. or it’s successors and assigns may, in their sole discretion, modify, edit, add to, delete from, distribute, license, duplicate, use and otherwise exploit in any manner or forum whether now known or hereafter created; and

3. Without limiting the foregoing, the undersigned hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waives any and all “moral rights” which may exist in the Works (including without limitation any rights which may exist under Sections 77 to 85 inclusive of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988) and other rights of any kind or nature related to the Works and hereby conveys to Johnny Lyle Ltd. any such rights as they may exist without reservation or limitation.

4 The undersigned acknowledges that Johnny Lyle Ltd. shall have the right to assign the benefit of this Agreement and that any assignor or successor of Johnny Lyle Ltd. shall have the benefit of the rights and the waiver contained in this Agreement.
